Pk93 Terms & Conditions — Complete Usage Policy

Pk93 (referred to herein as "the Platform" or "we") is an online betting and gaming platform operated for users in Bangladesh. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of all pk93 services.

By registering on or using pk93, you are deemed to have accepted these Terms & Conditions in full. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using the platform.

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years old to register on pk93. Use of this platform by minors is strictly prohibited. pk93 may request government-issued ID at any time for age verification.

2.2 One Account Policy

Only one pk93 account is permitted per person, household, device, or IP address. Any attempt to create multiple accounts will result in permanent closure of all associated accounts, and balances may be forfeited.

2.3 Accuracy of Information

All information provided at registration must be accurate and truthful. Providing false information will result in account closure, and any deposited funds will not be refunded.

• Your full name must match exactly as it appears on your national ID.
• Your mobile number and email address must be active and belong to you personally.
• If you need to update your information, please contact our support team.
• Failure to submit required documents for account verification may result in a temporary withdrawal hold.

3.1 Deposits

Pk93 currently accepts bKash, Nagad, and Rocket for deposits. Deposits are usually credited instantly. The minimum deposit amount is ৳20. No additional charges apply for deposits.

3.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 30 minutes to 24 hours. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳100. Verified accounts receive priority processing.

• Withdrawals must be made using the same method as your deposit.
• KYC verification is mandatory before your first withdrawal.
• Additional verification may be required for suspicious transactions.
• The maximum daily withdrawal limit is determined by the user's account tier.

3.3 Currency

All transactions on pk93 are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Transactions in foreign currencies are not accepted.

4.1 Finality of Bets

Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled. Please double-check all details before placing your bet. pk93 is not responsible for bets placed in error.

4.2 Odds Changes

Odds in live betting may change in real time. Bets will be settled at the odds confirmed at the time of placement. If a bet is accepted at incorrect odds due to a technical error, pk93 reserves the right to void that bet.

4.3 Event Cancellation or Postponement

If an event is cancelled, all related bets will be voided and stakes refunded. If an event is not concluded within 48 hours of the scheduled time, the outcome will be determined in accordance with pk93's policy.

• In the event of any dispute regarding scores or results, the decision of the relevant official sports authority is final.
• Pk93 is not responsible for network delays during live betting.
• The minimum bet amount is ৳10.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

Newly registered members are eligible for a welcome bonus. To receive it, your first deposit must meet the minimum required amount. The exact bonus amount and conditions are listed on the promotions page.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements. Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before withdrawal. For example, a 10x wagering requirement means you must place ৳10,000 in bets before withdrawing a ৳1,000 bonus.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

If pk93 determines that a user is abusing bonuses, the bonus will be voided and the account may be suspended. Using multiple accounts to claim bonuses is strictly prohibited.

• Bonus validity is generally limited to between 7 and 30 days.
• Any unused bonus will be automatically forfeited upon expiry.
• Separate terms and conditions apply to referral bonuses.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the pk93 platform and will result in permanent account closure:

• Placing bets using bots, scripts, or automated software.
• Unauthorized access to or hacking of another player's account.
• Placing bets using match-fixing arrangements or insider information.
• Money laundering or use of illegal funds.
• Exploiting system bugs or errors to gain an unfair advantage.
• Operating an account under another person's identity.
• Filing fraudulent chargeback claims against pk93.

7.1 Suspension by pk93

Pk93 may suspend or close any account without prior notice for the following reasons:

• Violation of Terms & Conditions.
• Providing false information.
• Suspected fraudulent activity.
• Incomplete KYC verification.
• Extended inactivity (more than 12 months).

7.2 Closure by the User

To close your account yourself, contact our support team. Please withdraw your balance before the account is closed. Requests to reopen a closed account must be submitted within 30 days.

• Your information is never sold to third parties.

• Bets lost due to internet disconnection or technical errors.
• Disclosure of passwords or login credentials due to the user's own negligence.
• Issues caused by third-party software or devices.
• Unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters or server attacks.
